ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from allotting new Local Cable TV Operator in the petitioner allotted Local Cable TV Operator area of Agravaram Village, Mukundarayapuram, Walaja Taluk, Vellore District and allow the petitioner to provide Digital Addressable System Signal to his intending customers and also direct the first respondent to take action on the respondents 2 and 3 and its erring officials for disturbing of implementation of Digital Addressable System.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any signals from the respondents 2 and 3 and as on date they are not interfering with the affairs of the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 acceded the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and prayed to grant liberty to the respondents 2 and 3 to collect the outstanding dues from the petitioner. 4.While recording the submission made by the either side counsel, it is made clear that, it is up to the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the petitioner to collect outstanding dues and this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this regard. Hence, no further order is required. 5.In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
