The petitioner is prayed for a Mandamus directing the respondents i.e., the Officials of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd. (TANGEDCO), to effect name tranfer of WEG Wind Fan No.1002 from M/s. Viswakaram Developers P. Ltd in the name of the petitioner M/s. Esal Green Energy P. Ltd along with utility change from sale to board category to group captive scheme.

2. The same request has been made in an application dated 04.03.2017. The receipt of the application is not in dispute. Insofar as the same has been acknowledged and that the petitioner states he has remitted the charge, there should be be any embargo upon the respondents to consider the application on merit and pass orders accordingly.

3. Mr.Abul Kalam, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that it will be done expeditiously and in any event within a period of four (4) weeks from today, in accordance with law and all applicable Rules and Regulations.
