A.No.1795 of 2022 A.No.1795 of 2022 in C.S.Diary No.36354 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This application is filed for leave to institute the suit against the fourth respondent before this Court. The applicant states that the entire cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and that the present application is filed because the fourth respondent resides outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.1795 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the fourth respondent before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order. If the interlocutory applications presented with the plaint are in order, the Registry is directed to number and list the same on 26.04.2022.
