ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.71 of 2021 and file a final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law and fix time frame for the trial.

2. It is seen that the case has been registered only in February, 2021 and the investigation has just commenced. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
