Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Special Tahsildar, land Acquisition, Aromatic Complex CPCL 62/1, East Jones Road, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 the 4th respondent herein culminating in Na.Ka.359/14 dated 09.12.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 1st, 3rd and 4th respondents to reconvey the land in survey No.64, extent 4.50 Acres in Chinnasekkadu Village, Thiruvottiyur Taluk, thiruvallur District forthwith to the petitioner.
