This application is filed to extend the time for a period of six months time to enable the learned Arbitral Tribunal to pass award.
2. Mr.B.Manoharan, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that Mandate of the Arbitrator was expired on 01.03.2023. Therefore, the present application came to be filed.
3. Mr.K.Subbu Ranga Bharathi, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for granting the relief.
4. This Court, upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit of this application and also in view of no objection made by the learned counsel for the respondent, is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator by another period of six months.
