Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Honourable court in Crl.O.P.No. 16754 of 2018 dated 9.7.2018 passed by this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNASAMY CHINNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16754 of 2018 dated 09.07.2018.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16754 of 2018 dated 09.07.2018 is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
