ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.9(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1562 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1562 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 25.03.2025 dk Page No.2 of 4
