ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) & 302 of IPC in Crime No.132 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.This is the third Anticipatory Bail petition filed by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the change in circumstances in this case is the fact that A2 to A4, who were arrested ,were enlarged on bail last week.
3.In the considered view of this Court, this fact cannot enure to the advantage of the petitioner and it cannot be treated as a chage in circumstances insofar as the petitioner is concerned. It will be open to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court and workout his remedy in accordance with law.This Court is not inclined to consider this Anticipatory Bail petition.
