ORDER
(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The petitioner has filed the present petition alleging that her husband, viz., the detenu, who is a prisoner and accused in Crime No.303/2018 on the file of Mangadu Police Station, has been illegally transferred from Central Prizon, Puzhal to Central Prison, Vellore, without any reason and further the petitioner is not being given permission to visit the detenu in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
jail.
2. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submits that the prison authorities have never refused permission for the petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, to visit him in the jail. It is further submitted that the respondents would grant permission, on being sought for by the petitioner, the wife of the detenu, to meet him in jail.
