Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent Settlement Commission in relation to the impugned order No.58/2018-ST dated 29.11.2018 passed in S.A.(S.T) No.38/2018-SC, quash the same with consequential direction to the first respondent Settlement Commission to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application afresh and settle the matter. case, if it is so warranted, in the event of failure in their attempt before the authorities under "Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2019". She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
