ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 11.08.2016 passed by the learned IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai in E.P.No.1925 of 2015 A.C.P.(EF/CAR) No.793 of 2013, thereby attaching the attachable portion of salary of the petitioners herein.

While pending this Civil Revision Petition, the parties are entered into compromise and they settled the issue amicably. In this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo dated 05.01.2023, before this Court. He further submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and nothing survive in the present Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the submission and memo dated 05.01.2023, made
