O R D E R
This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.575 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent to the file of CB CID, the third respondent herein.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the allegations are related to land and as such it has to be surveyed and the investigation is now under progress. Therefore, at this juncture, such a change of investigation would not serve any purpose.
3. Considering the facts and submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court does not find any reason to transfer the investigation at this stage. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The DSP, Vandalur is directed to monitor the investigation of the second respondent and also ensure that the second respondent complies with the order passed by this Court.
4. With the above observation and directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
