This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the review petition submitted by the petitioner dated 27/06/2023 with regard to cancellation of punishment of postponement of increment for three years, within a time frame as deed fit and proper by this Honble court."

2. It is informed that, after the filing of the above Writ Petition, the respondent has passed orders on the Review Petition submitted by the petitioner, dated 27.06.2023. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to state that it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if so advised. No costs.
