This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction the respondents to pass the final order of the enquiry proceeding in T.Ko.No. 79/TP (W.Z) 12 Rule 3(B), dated 30.08.2012, on the file of the 2nd respondent and further direct the respondents to provide consequential benefits to the petitioner taking into account of his 32 years of service.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion, the petitioner was not present thereby, this petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today and even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents is present and submitted that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been reddressed.

Considering the above submission, since the purpose for which the petitioner filed the present writ petition has already been redressed, and also the petitioner is not showing any interest in prosecuting the present case any further, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
