2. Mr.Manoharan Sundaram, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed in the writ petition, the respondents had preferred an appeal in W.A.No.236 of 2016 and the Division Bench has also granted an order of interim stay.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the contempt petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to file another contempt petition, if required, after the disposal of the writ appeal.
