Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that, on account of the injuries sustained in the road traffic accident, the petitioner is not in a position to move about, and due to financial constraints, he was unable to arrange the court fee to prefer the appeal.

2.Accepting the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, this petition stands allowed on condition that the petitioner/claimant shall not be entitled to claim interest for the aforesaid period. The delay of 1056 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.41085 of 2025 is hereby condoned.

3.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.41085 of 2025 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
