Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of ceritorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Pa.Ma.Mu.2/72867/13 dated 28.08.2014 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.U-1/5721/2012 dated 14.07.2012 and quash the said orders and direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.
