Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent in its Board Meeting No.5 of 2014-15,

dated 19.11.2014 by Resolution No.168 in so far as it restricts to extend the benefit of the order dated 24.08.2005, passed by this Court in W.P. No.6872 of 2001 only to 72 Regualr and Permanent employees of Industrial Employees Canteen Employees Welfare Association and quash the same and consequently direct the third and fourth respondents herein to treat the petitioner as direct employee of Chennai Port Trust in terms of the order dated 24.08.2005, passed by this Court in W.P.
