CR.NO. 230 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 17992 of 2018 , dated 17.07.2018 by reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SAIRAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17992 of 2018 dated 17.07.2018.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioners imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17992 of 2018 dated 17.07.2018 is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
