A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., This application is filed to grant leave / permission to file a Reply / Rejoinder statement in the above T.O.S. No.9 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant may be permitted to file a reply / rejoinder statement in the above T.O.S. No.9 of 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that there is no averment in the application and hence vehemently objected to allow this application.

4. Learned counsel for the second respondent submits that filing reply statement in this case is unnecessary and unwarranted and hence objected to allow this application.

5. Heard both sides.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, since no prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents if the applicant files reply / rejoinder statement and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

7. Accordingly, this application is allowed. For framing draft issues, post the above TOS on 14.06.2022.
