ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 2 to 4. 2.On reading of the averments in the petition, it appears to be a civil dispute between the parties. Therefore, this Court cannot give any finding, as to who is in possession of the property. However, the Police shall ensure that no law and order problem occurs in that area, by taking action against anyone who breaches the peace.
