ORDER

After arguing the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition, with liberty to avail the alternate remedy available, and has made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
