Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of 4 weeks to complete enquiry by the respondent police in Crl.OP.No.4548/2021 order dated 09.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4548 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is likely to be settled between the parties and therefore sought four weeks time to complete the investigation.
