C.M.P.No.12480 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.41087 of 2025 R.KALAIMATHI, J.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that the accident took place on 30.09.2019, as a result of which the petitioner sustained multiple injuries to his left neck, right leg, right thigh, and abdomen, along with bleeding injuries all over his body, and he underwent surgery for the same. Due to financial constraints, he was not in a position to arrange the court fee to prefer the appeal.

2. Accepting the averments made by the petitioners in the affidavit enclosed with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 972 days shall stand waived.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.41087 of 2025 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
