Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 relating to the proceedings issued in No. Pr.AG(A&E)/PENP20/1/REV/12011503 PPO NO./C 194030/647 dated 13.02.2014 and Na.Ka.No. 1681/A2/2013 dated 17.04.2014, respectively and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the Selection and Special Grade scales of Pay in the post of Primary School Headmaster, as fixed in proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.1681/A2/2013 dated 28.10.2013 of the fifth respondent and to grant all consequential benefits.
