The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition to direct the respondent to grant police protection (Bundobust) to perform festival of Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple at Deverrapalli near Bagalur, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District from 21.3.2015 to 31.3.2015.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the period of Temple festival itself was over during 2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
