2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. On death of the de-facto complainant, in order to get benefit of the order of this Court dated 06.09.2018 in Crl.A.No.223 of 2013, the legal heirs of the de-facto complainant have filed the present sub application.

5. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this sub application is ordered as prayed for.
