W.P.No.10341 of 2022: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned communication of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.006380/B1/2022 dated 12.04.2022 and quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to writ his SSLC (10th Standard Examination) with Hindi Language as Part-I, by exempting the petitioner from writing Tamil Language, as per G.O.Ms.No.37 of the School Education (ERT) Department dated 06.03.2018.

W.P.No.10282 of 2022: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to permit the petitioner to writ the Language Paper-I and Language Paper-II in Hindi Language instead of Tamil Language as mentioned wrongly in the application made by the petitioner before the first respondent by considering the representation dated 22.11.2021. Mr.K.H.Ravikumar Govt. Advocate COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned orders, under which, the petitioners were not allowed to write the examination. Subsequently, pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court on 28.04.2022, the petitioners have written the examination.

2. Today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits, on instructions, that results of the examination written by the petitioners will be declared and it will not be withheld. The said statement is recorded.

3. Since the prayer sought for in these writ petitions have been achieved by the petitioners, no further direction is required to be passed by this Court in these writ petitions.

4. After recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, as stated supra, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
