Seeking leave to sue respondents 2 and 4, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.
2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for permanent injunction on the ground of infringement of copyright. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is no dispute that the applicant is the copyright owner. Though the copyright is sought to be infringed within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, leave has been sought for, as some of the respondents are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 30.11.2016 mmi Note: Registry is directed to number the suit and list the applications on 02.12.2016.
