Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.6897 of 2020 in Crl.OP.3018 of 2020 order dated on 28.02.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6897 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3018 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 passed by this Court.
2. This Court, vide order dated 10.11.2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
