This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned III-Additional Family Court Judge at Chennai to dispose the payment out petition filed by the petitioner in M.P.No.137 of 2025 in M.P.No.71 of 2021 in M.C.No.287 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the available materials on record.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the IIIAdditional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the payment sought in the petition filed by the petitioner in M.P.No.137 of 2025 in M.P.No.71 of 2021 in M.C.No.287 of 2006, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
