COMMON JUDGMENT (Delivered by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) The appellant has come up with the above appeals challenging the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant/Employees Welfare Union and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent-Management.

3. We have perused the impugned order dated 09.01.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge. In paragraph Nos.9 and 10, it is pointed out by the learned Single Judge as under:- "9. Since the Management is prepared to re-instate all the 28 employees in employment, the employees are directed to join the employment within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such reinstatement, the employees are entitled to the current minimum salary payable to the similarly placed category of employees.

10. On such re-instatement, the Management is directed to pay the last drawn salary to the employees from 7.10.2014 till the date of their joining the employment within a period of ten weeks from the date of their joining the employment."

4. We agree with the view expressed by the learned Single Judge. We do not find any illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, these Writ Appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
