Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P. No.6114 of 2015, dated 24.08.2017 under the contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fir to pass on the facts and circumstances.

The present Contempt Petition has been filed against the order passed by this Court on 24.08.2017 in W.P. No.6114 of 2015.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the respondents in this writ petition preferred Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1442 of 2018. Thus, it is left open to the parties to adjudicate the issues before the Hon'ble Division Bench. 3.Under these circumstances, the Contempt Petition need not be kept pending and accordingly, the same stands closed.
