Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's property and the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to avoid any hindrance caused the respondents 4 to 15 at the time of surveying the property comprised in S.No.250 measuring to an extent of 0.96.0 hectare situated at Kamandoddi Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the representation dated 22.02.2026 within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representation, dated 22.02.2026 with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted a representation to the official respondents on 22.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page No.2 of 6

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 15 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 15 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 15 and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.02.2026 seeking survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the Page No.3 of 6

prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 15 and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
