This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent/Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Cuddalore herein to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.08.2013 and investigate into the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.10 of 2015 has been registered for offences under Sections 498-A, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
