O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) A list of dates produced before us shows that orders were not passed in the stipulated time nor any extension sought. In fact, the orders have been passed a day after the contempt petition was listed for the first time. The petitioner has been compelled to unnecessarily incur expenses by filing the contempt petition. 2.Since the order has now been passed, we only extend a caution to the contemnor that in future, it should be ensured that orders are complied within time and if for any reason, there is a delay, extension is sought from the Court.
