ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6427 of 2020 dated 23.03.2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., from 15.04.2020 until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditons regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submissions, the Conditon imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
