This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5431 of 2020 dated 09.03.2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submissions, the Condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
