ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 7/07/2015 (CSR No.282/2015) investigate and file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner along with other villagers has given a complaint to the 2nd respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.282/2015.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to give individual complaint to the 2nd respondent police and on such complaint being filed, the same shall be enquired into by the second respondent and action may be taken in accordance with the law.
