O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3930 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3583 of 2020 by the order dated 14.05.2020 i.e., "to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail, by order dated 19.02.2020 and imposed the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter report daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Consequently, the condition was relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that due to Covid-19 he unable to appear before the respondent police on every week. Hence, he seeks to relax the condition. Page 2/ 4

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
