ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that her senior has personal inconvenience and therefore, prays for time.

2. On 17.03.2026, the case was adjourned on the same ground. We, therefore, refuse the prayer for grant of adjournment.

3. Learned State counsel submits that in this writ petition, only the date of tender notification is under challenge. After issuance of notification, the tender process has been completed and tender has been allotted to one Ganga & Co.

4. In the light of the aforesaid, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. However, petitioner is given liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications are closed.
