ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2416 of 2020 order dated 25.02.2020 Para No.4, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice I.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditons regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submissions, the Conditon imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
