Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of direction, directing the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore, to accept the Valuation Report dated 15.04.2021 issued by the Village Administrative Officer of Vadavallanadu Village, Srivalikundam Taluk, Tuticorin District along with the Original Title Deed registered as document No.869 of 2021, dated 11.03.2021 on the file of Sub Registrar, Morappanadu, Tuticorin District, to comply with the bail "condition B" imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.331 of 2021 dated 12.02.2021 in C.C.No.1888 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.
