This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 27.05.2024 and pass final orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

Even though various grounds have been raised in the present writ petition, it will suffice if a direction is issued to the third respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 14.06.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the sixth respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
