ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first and second respondents to take suitable legal action as against the third respondent for not sending the petitioner Service Register and Last Pay Certificate to the transferee school namely, Government Higher Secondary School, Puliampatti, Krishnagiri District.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.
