ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to correct the revenue records with regard to the extent of the property more fully described in the prayer of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations, 02.03.2025, 08.09.2025, 15.09.2025, 17.09.2025, 10.11.2025 and remainder representation dated 23.02.2026.
2. The petitioner had given various representations and the remainder representation on 23.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose with the respondents. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation seeking for correction of extent of land, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, in the revenue records, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the
petitioner's representation and remainder representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations dated 02.03.2025, 08.09.2025, 15.09.2025, 17.09.2025, 10.11.2025 and remainder representation dated 23.02.2026, seeking for correcting the revenue records in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with regard to the property's extent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
