Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of impugned order in O.Mu.1465/2013/A4 dated 01.03.2013 issued by second respondent and consequential rejection order dated 24.03.2017 by the proceedings on the file of the second respondent in Pa.Mu.No.8666/2013/A4 to quash the same as unconstitutional and illegal with a consequential direction to the second respondent herein to provide employment to the petitioner under compassionate ground after considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2013, 15.04.2013 and 16.05.2013.

ORDER
This writ petition has been directed against the impugned order refusing the request of the petitioner, who is a married lady, for compassionate appointment.
2. I do not find any merit whatsoever to entertain the writ petition, for the following two reasons. Firstly, the impugned order clearly shows that the petitioner had married and settled down with her husband even before the death of her father that took place on 7.2.2012. Yet another reason stated in the impugned order that the petitioner's mother is also employed as a Government servant, clearly shows that there is no infirmity with the impugned order refusing the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
