O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to entertain the complaint given by one J.S.Jangama Chetty against the petitioner, which is lodged with a criminal colour for the issues which are purely civil in nature and consequently not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint given by one J.S.Jangama Chetty, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.1205 of 2015 by the District Crime Branch, Namakkal and the same has been closed.

4. In view of the above, this petitioner shall not be harassed again on the complaint by J.S.Jangama Chetty.
