(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2018 for issuance of patta in favour of petitioner for his land comprised in Survey No.640/20 to an extent of 440 sq.ft. 40.87 sq.mt. within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
